M-Design is seeking a showroom space that can display fireplaces not essential but by preference in a live setting.

Product Match - compatible work or lounge furniture – a showroom working with the same target group i.e. architects and/or interior designers

Ground floor ideal - but basement may work
Space - to be discussed

3 CS Share Aesthetics
Quality feel for the entrance, suitable fittings

4 CS Share Functionality:
Internet , power

Reception manned for deliveries etc
Access all days of week preferred (or by appointment)
Not manned, so data input and brochure POS

5 CS Share Term:
Min 12 months (3 months notice)

6 CS Share Events:
• CDW share of costs

7 CS Share - Signage
• min A4 logo with QR code
• reception or window at street level
• window of ground or basement
