CS Share is a new Service to help Showrooms in Clerkenwell District reduce running costs while increasing trade footfall by:
- identifying under-utilised Showroom spaces (ceilings, walls, floors etc)
- identifying and matching with suitable Exhibitor brands
- negotiate and create a ‘heads of terms’ agreement

CS Sharing Services help:
- Showroom Leaseholders - seeking Exhibitor brands to share space
- Exhibitor Brands - seeking Showrooms to display products

Clerkenwell Showrooms has unique access to its Members and Exhibitor brands in UK and the EU. Through our Relationships, Database, and Membership we are ideally placed to identify successful sharing arrangements.

The CS Property Service process is detailed below.

Process

1. Initial meeting Stage

  • Reasons for seeking CS assistance

  • Timeframe and other deadlines

  • Constraints (contractual, business, other)

  • Ideal outcomes and how CS can best assist

  • Enlist to CS Membership Scheme

2. Follow-up Stage (no charge)

  • Compile measurements/photos

  • Prepare Marketing Page

3. Matchmaking Stage (Commission as per Terms)

  • Investigate full criteria for ideal partnerships

  • Promote through CS Members; Database, WhatsApp, Website

  • Gather expressions of interest and shortlist

  • Arrange and attend viewings

  • Consult to Agree Terms for Lessee and Lessor

  • Prepare Letter of Intent (Heads of Terms)

  • Provide Template License Terms for Guidance

  • Advise on issues arising prior to Contract
